The Healer of the Ice

I have been feeling a little bit tired this past few days even after some mildly strenuous activities such as taking a long walk or going up a single flight of stairs and this has been a concern because this is a little bit of an unusual thing for someone like me who is really active with different highly active physical activities such as mountain biking and long distance swimming. I have been taking some time lately to address this concern and I have started by examining what could have been the potential cause or causes that have been the reason for this decline in my stamina and I have decided that it is very important that I do something about it soon enough before the problem could get any worse and I reach the point of no return. My first suspect is that lately I have been very lacking in the usual physical exercises and activities that had used to be very important to my weekly and daily routines which had included some daily biking and twice a week of long distance swimming in the open ocean plus taking some long walks everyday and making use of the stairs in going up and down to our office on the seventh floor. The other reason could be the high fat, high salt and sugar foods that I have taken in lately because of the pressures of work and other concerns that has taken my attention from making sure that only nutritional and healthy foods get to be served in our family dining table. Finally, it might have been because I have stopped taking nutritional supplements for about twenty one days now because I wanted to learn about its effects on the body and perhaps that was a bad decision and I should start taking them again plus do some more exercise and eat better.
