When the weather is not cooperating and it frequently rains my body would then have certain reactions to the weather and I would then have sore throats and my nose would then start to get all runny and this was not good for I was to meet my friend over the weekend so we could catch up on old times and talk for awhile. I planned on calling my friend and telling her that I would not be able to meet with her since I was really not feeling well and this made me sad and I knew that my friend would also be a little disappointed and she really was and she wanted to see me and spend time with me and share something that she just learned. After my friend and I were talking about over the phone and we discussed about aromatherapy for people, I decided to look into some articles and some discussions and blogs over the net to see and learn more about this subject and I learned that it entailed using certain kinds of essential oils and oils from plants to help calm the person. There are different kinds and types of oils that have to be used when you are doing aromatherapy and I soon understood that the reason why my friend would be brining with her different types of oils was that we could try the aromatherapy which I learned and she taught could help improve your mood and make you happy and keep you from getting depressed.
